Terms and SMS Terms
These terms govern use of the Golden Ratio website, GRPortal, private request links, document upload tools, electronic authorizations, and the Golden Ratio Application and Process Updates text messaging program operated by Golden Ratio Community Care Alliance Inc.

1. Website purpose
The website and private portal support application, profile, document, training, scheduling, and administrative workflows. They are not an emergency service, crisis line, medical provider portal, legal service, benefits application system, or certification authority.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
These services are intended for adults. You are responsible for submitting information that is accurate, current, and yours to provide. We may request corrections or supporting records when information is incomplete or inconsistent.
3. No guarantee of outcome
Submitting an intake form, profile, signature, document, training record, or other information does not guarantee employment, acceptance, credentialing, certification, placement, agency approval, or any specific service outcome.
4. Private links and accounts
A private request or account link is intended only for its recipient. Keep links, credentials, and passwords private. Contact Golden Ratio promptly if a link or account may have been lost, shared incorrectly, or compromised.
5. Uploads and electronic authorization
Upload only records requested by Golden Ratio and only records you are authorized to provide. When you sign electronically or select an authorization, you agree that the signature and consent record may be used for the purpose stated next to that control. SMS consent is separate from application, background-check, document-processing, and electronic-signature authorization.
6. Golden Ratio Application and Process Updates SMS program
When you separately opt in, Golden Ratio Community Care Alliance Inc may send recurring informational text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include application updates, requested-document reminders, appointment or scheduling information, training reminders, profile updates, status updates, and related administrative processing.
- Message frequency varies according to your application, pending items, appointments, training, and status.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming the opt-out.
- Reply HELP for help, call or text (929) 202-2882, or email admin@grportal.org.
- SMS consent is not required to receive services and is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. SMS privacy
Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. Review our Privacy Policy for more information.
8. Acceptable use
You may not attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person's link or account, upload malicious files, interfere with operation, submit knowingly false information, impersonate another person, or use the website for an unlawful purpose.
9. External systems
External training, testing, credentialing, clinic, or agency systems have their own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for following their account, testing, conduct, and content rules.
10. Availability and changes
The website may be modified, maintained, suspended, or temporarily unavailable. We may update these terms as workflows, systems, vendors, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Ratio Community Care Alliance Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from website use, inability to access the website, user error, a third-party interruption, or misuse of a private link.
