SMS Consent
The Golden Ratio Application and Process Updates program sends recurring informational text messages from Golden Ratio Community Care Alliance Inc to people who separately choose to opt in.

Messages may include application updates, requests or reminders for missing documents, appointments and scheduling, training reminders, profile updates, status updates, and related administrative processing. This opt-in does not authorize unrelated marketing messages.
Frequency, rates, and choice
- Message frequency varies according to your application, pending items, appointments, training, and status.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Consent is not required to receive services and is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stop or get help
- Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

How consent is recorded
We record the mobile number, exact consent language and version, date and time, source form, and relevant technical evidence. SMS consent is kept separate from background-check, document-processing, application, and electronic-signature authorization.
